For Families
Little Angels is here to help you find the right candidate for your job. In order to do this we will have already done most of the hard work for you. Before an applicant is put forward we will have carried out the following checks:
- A face-to-face interview with the candidate;
- Full CV and reference checks;
- Proof of identity (using photographic ID and birth certificate);
- Verification of qualifications (using original copies of certificates);
- CRB police check.
Types of Childcare
We offer the following placements across Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the Cotswolds:
Nanny
Someone who will come to your home and follow in your footsteps providing a happy, safe and enjoyable environment for your child/children. They will hold a qualification and/or have experience of working with children.
Nanny/Housekeeper
Someone who will not only look after the children but take control of the day-to-day running of the household; this can include the cooking, ironing and cleaning etc.
Parent Help
Someone who will work alongside a parent supporting them and learning from them. This is a job for a newly qualified nanny or someone looking to gain experience.
Maternity Nurse
Someone with experience of babies/nursing who comes in to help the mother of a newborn baby, generally around the clock. They will help advise on routines, care and hygiene of the baby and support the
post-natal mother if needed.
Babysitter
Someone who will come in and look after the children while the parents take a much needed break. Will have experience and/or qualifications.
Proxy Parent
Someone who will come in and give parents a much needed break away, taking sole charge and parental responsibility and working around the clock. They will be experienced nannies with a minimum of 3 years sole charge work.
Event and Wedding Nannies
Nannies who will work alongside other nannies, looking after the children at an organised event. Ratios are maintained on 1:3 (under twos), 1:4 (under threes) and 1:8 (under fives).
