Fees are made payable by cheque to: Little Angels NNA.
All fees must be paid within two weeks of receiving an invoice or before employment commences whichever comes first, or a surcharge of 5% or £5 minimum will incur every week. Immediate payment is required for temporary staff and babysitters.
Refunds & Replacement Procedure
For nannies, parent helps, maternity nurses & proxy parents
Little Angels always tries to match the right candidate to each job, however this is not always possible. If a candidate fails to turn up or cancels the employment in the first six weeks, Little Angels will look for another replacement. If this fails, then the following will apply:
- Fails to take up employment - 100% refund
- Employed for 3 weeks or less - 75% refund
- Employed for 4-6 weeks - 40% refund
A client must inform the agency within three working days if the employee fails to turn up or leaves within the first six weeks to guarantee a refund.
No refund or replacement will be given after six weeks.
Refunds will only be given in permanent contracts.
Refunds will not be given if the client breaches their employees' contract of employment.
Refunds will also not be given if the fee was not paid within two weeks of receiving the invoice or before employment commenced, whichever came sooner.
If following a booking you decide to cancel then 50% of the fee is still charged.
For nursery nurses, babysitters and event nannies
All fees are non-refundable once booked and paid for.
