For Nannies & Childcarers

Little Angels offers you a free service to find a job, with a personal touch. Having been nannies ourselves we know how important it is to find the perfect family and at Little Angels we are here to meet the needs of both parties and create the perfect partnership.

We offer the following placements across Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds:

Registration is free. All we expect from you is honesty and patience while we look for a family to place you with.

The process of our commitment to you is as follows:

• We have a face-to-face or phone interview so we can have an in-depth discussion about the type of prospects you want in a job. This is so we can go through all your experience, certificates and prior references, and allows us to get to know you a lot better.
• If we find a suitable client you will be put forward for the job and it is up to them to contact you either for a chat or to set an interview date.
• Once the interview has taken place you will need to phone us for feedback and see if you got the job. This is an important time to tell us your thoughts about your possible employer.
• If you are successful we will discuss what the employer is offering; it is now up to you to make a decision on whether you want to take the job.
• If you decide against it we will have another talk about what you are looking for in a family and start again.

Once you are placed in a job it does not stop there - Little Angels is here for ongoing advice and support.
